Vendor & Bidder Information

New Vendor Application
To be added to the City's Bidder List, you must complete a vendor application, which requests information regarding your business and the goods and services you provide.

Once you have submitted the vendor application, your company's name will be placed on the City's Bidder Database and available to departments seeking your goods or services.

W-9 Form

The W-9 Form: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification must be on file with Purchasing prior to the awarding of a bid or contract.
