To be added to the City's Bidder List, complete a vendor application, which contains forms that request information regarding your business and the goods and services you provide.The W-9 Form: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification must be on file with Purchasing prior to award of a bid or contract.
Once you have submitted the vendor application, your company's name will be placed on the City's Bidder Database and available to departments seeking your goods or services.
