Illegal dumping is an ongoing and widespread issue that is harmful to human health and the environment. To maintain the beauty and safety of our desert community, the City of Hesperia is committed to reducing illegal dumping in City limits. As part of this commitment, the City released the HEART Program to increase measures for reporting and collecting waste.

Through the HEART Program, residents can file reports that use geolocation, specific details, and photographs of the dumping site to easily pinpoint its location. This new, user-friendly application can be found through the City’s app or by clicking here.
