Can I install a pool?
Yes, Hesperia Water District customers may still install a pool at their place of residence. However, all residential, public and recreational swimming pools shall use evaporation resistant covers and shall recirculate water. Any swimming pool which does not have a cover installed during periods of nonuse shall be considered a waste of water.
