I received a citation for a traffic violation. What do I do?
  • If you were cited for a “correctable” violation and have repaired or corrected the condition, you may come to the police department and request that a deputy sign off the citation. There is no charge for Hesperia residents, but a $10 charge for non-residents.
  • If you were cited for a violation related to registration and/or insurance, you must go directly to the Courthouse in Victorville.
  • If you received a citation, issued by a Hesperia Deputy, but have lost it, you may obtain a duplicate copy at the police department anytime during business hours. There is no charge for this service.
